while trying to understand why MAC Learning was no longer working correctly across multiple switches in the testbed, I sorely wanted a way to print the learned relation.

ah, sorry. to be more specific: I would like to display relations on demand by sending a message to the server. (eg, open a TCP socket and send print learned or something like that)
for example, it may have been some time since the learned relation was last updated, and so it may have scrolled well off the screen, assuming I even remembered to do -verbose 3 ... hence, it would be nice to display the relation on demand, during debugging. does that make more sense?

How do you mean "print"? -verbose 3 should print them out along with the
XSB output, or do you mean a less messy format?
