The old widget showed a savings chart but rarely told people what to do next. The new widget improves this by showing the current compression state and what the user can do next.

What users see
We have eight states, checked in this order:

1. Not connected
2. Nothing to compress
3. Compressing
4. All Done
5. Out Of Credits
6. Not enough Credits
7. Ready to Compress

Each state has its own badge, panda, copy and action.
Example: "Compress 128 images" opens the Bulk Optimizer and starts right away. When credits run short, the widget says how many images the remaining credits cover and how to get more. Free accounts see "N of 500 free credits left" once they drop below 500.

For review

• The widget code moves from Tiny_Plugin to a new Tiny_Dashboard class. Tiny_Plugin was already quite big and this isolates all the dashboard widget code better. Removed all the old actions with that.
• The widget still loads after the page does, but tiny_dashboard_widget now returns ready-made HTML instead of the JSON from tiny_get_optimization_statistics, so all state logic lives in PHP.
• The widget is shown to users who can upload_files. Links to Settings only appear for users who can manage_options.
• The old widget images are removed. Seven new pandas live in src/images/widget/: 93 KB in total, replacing 336 KB of old images. All tinified!
