bump opencode-mem from 2.24.4 to 2.25.0
release the orcarouter memory provider preset (feat: add named orcarouter memory provider mode #254)
release correctness & data-integrity fixes for user profiles and turso sharding (fix: correctness & data-integrity fixes across user profiles and turso sharding #252)
release dependabot minor-and-patch dependency group updates (chore(deps): bump the minor-and-patch group across 2 directories with 9 updates #271)
include integration fixes from fix: keep @types/bun 1.4.0 compatible and preserve #265 error propagation #272 (bun-types 1.3.14 override pin, fix: preserve provider errors in user profile learning #265 error-propagation preservation)

Verification

frozen installs root + web, typecheck, production build: pass
full test suite: 444 passed / 0 failed / 1 skipped on Linux, Windows, macOS Intel and Apple Silicon
package dry-run: version 2.25.0, dist/plugin.js and dist/web/index.html present

Superseded by #275, rebuilt on top of #274 which fixes the flaky Windows ANN test timeout.
