This contribution adds a Photo Shot List Planner built with HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. Users can add shots with categories and priorities, toggle completion, filter the list, and delete shots. The app rejects blank titles, saves data to localStorage, and includes a responsive layout, a README, and a screenshot.
Closes #1245
Manual testing passed for adding shots, completion toggling, filtering, deletion, blank-input validation, and persistence after refresh. The layout was also checked at a viewport width of 375 pixels. The Git whitespace check passed. No automated tests were added.
