…ing host Replace the Phase 4b thin Bash `.cmd` gold with the SisClr dialect accepted on cstring/`boilerplate`: `sis_cmake_build`, native `cmd.exe` runners, and a generic `prepare_cmake.sh` with a `PROJECT-SPECIFIC FLAGS` marker.
Example, performance, and scratch runners do not take --verbosity and do not pass it to the programs they launch. Each program is invoked with no extra arguments. Unit and component runners still accept the flag and forward it. Apply the same change to the cstring runners and to the cmake-helpers templates they are copied from.
run_all_examples.{sh,cmd} and run_all_scratch_tests.{sh,cmd} now honour
optional .github/ci_examples_allowed_to_fail.txt and
.github/ci_scratch_tests_allowed_to_fail.txt (one program name or stem per
line; '#' comments; case-insensitive; .exe optional). A listed program is
still executed, but a non-zero exit is reported as anticipated and neither
stops the run nor affects the exit status. Trees without the file are
unaffected. Intended for unit-testing libraries whose demonstrations fail
by design. Document in README.md.
Lift Pantheios examining-host runners into gold: Bash examples/unit/scratch discovery excludes CMakeFiles and *.a/*.d/*.lib; scratch gains --skip-interactive with .sis/ci_scratch_tests_skip_interactive.txt (sh+cmd); align examples.cmd ATF path to .sis; document in README.

Date the unreleased 0.6.2 notes to 20th October 2026 and record the cmake-helpers tip since 0.6.1: allowed-to-fail lists, discovery exclusions, scratch --skip-interactive, and no --verbosity on example, performance, and scratch runners.
