Queue strings are not translated #799

What happens

A few queue strings are English in every language:

• "Queued - Nth in line" and "Paused" in static/js/queue.js.
• The empty-state text of the queue in static/js/catalog.js.

Also, the library row writes the position as "2nd" while the queue view writes "#2".

Who it affects

People using the app in any of the nine other languages. The missing key falls back to English silently, so the i18n check cannot see it.

What should happen

Each string gets a key in all ten tables, and both places show the position the same way.
