[Feature]: Larger size text would be good #776

What problem does this solve?

Since my usage is a very large screen (140") and far away, to which I practice with my instruments, I find some of the text in the mixer very hard to read being small.

please see image taken with my phone from my sitting position (rather than a screenshot) where I show the areas that are too small.

Proposed solution

If possible it would be good to enlarge the text as much as possible without making UI size bigger
