[Bug]: UI Scaling hides functionally on the bottom bar #774

Before reporting

• I'm on the latest release and the issue still happens.
• I searched existing issues and didn't find a duplicate.

What happened?

If the StemDeck window is launched at a non-maximized state, the bottom row buttons are obstructed by the Export Mix button and cant be accessed. Also this causes the fields like Tempo Stability, Dynamic Range, all to get cut off.

This state of the UI makes the app less than perfect.

My suggestion, is when the Export Mix button were to obstruct the other buttons, simply prevent it by Auto-Closing the library pane. Let the obstruction be the last resort.

I think if you auto close the library section and restrict the window width to a minimum of 2721 pixels (based on my 4K image), I think there will be no obstruction at all.
