Guide gives no hint of where to point, explains the song facts as one block, and ignores some controls with no song open #760

Three gaps in help mode (Guide, #757), found by using it:

• Turning Guide on gives no sign of where help exists. Someone new to StemDeck does not know which parts of the screen will answer when pointed at.
• The row of song facts (key, BPM, LUFS, duration, dynamic range, tempo stability) and the presence cards (global vocals, drum intensity, bass depth and the rest) are explained as one block, so none of the twelve numbers says what it means.
• With no song open, the studio turns several controls off for the pointer: Export Mix, the song details button, the song facts and the presence cards. Help mode never hears the pointer over them, so they explain nothing, at exactly the moment a new user is looking at an empty studio.

Constraints for a fix: the screen should stay calm, help mode must never act on the studio, and every text needs all ten languages.
