Found while planning #724.
What goes wrong
On the phone UI there is no way to mark a track as a favourite, and the Favorites filter chip shows every track.
Why
Favourites live only in the desktop page's library store in the browser's localStorage. The phone UI is a separate page with no access to that store, and nothing on the server records favourites. The chip sets a filter value that nothing reads.
Constraints
- A favourite set on one device should show on the others, so it has to live on the server.
- The desktop library store must keep working for tracks favourited before the change.
