[Bug]: UI: Clicktrack PopUp placement when no song is loaded #697

Thanks for this. The screenshot was the clue.
The popover was actually in the right spot. With no song loaded, the whole panel was faded to 40%, its background and border included, so it read as a see-through box floating in the wrong place. Clicks also passed straight through it. Now the panel stays solid, and only the controls inside fade until a song is loaded.
The fix is in #700 and will be in the next release. Let me know if it still looks off.

Before reporting
What happened?
When Stemdeck launches and no song is loaded and if you click on the clicktrack popup, its placement is incorrect as shown in the attached image.
Once the song is loaded everything works fine/placement is fine
