[Bug]: UI issue with library drag to reorder option #695

Description

@wastedbits

Before reporting

  • I'm on the latest release and the issue still happens.
  • I searched existing issues and didn't find a duplicate.

What happened?

  1. Next to the Library section text called "Unsorted" these is a icon when hovered upon switches to a hand icon with instruction to drag to reorder. I think that was relevant when there was a RECENT section. Now there is nothing to drag to reorder. I believe this drag to reorder stuff needs to go away.

  2. Also that Same row where it says UNSORTED, has a small icon to create a New Folder. But the row above this called STEM COLLECTIONS also has a button for New Folder. Redundancy? I'd suggest eliminate the new folder in the UNSORTED row. Allow for space to provide Sorting options in the future.

  3. When the mouse is hovered on UNSORTED, that row is activated and the above items show up (new folder, drag etc.) which I dont believes needs to happen of the chore: initial commit #1 and docs: add hero screenshot, tidy gitignore #2 above were accepted as fixes

Steps to reproduce

    Thanks for this. All three points were right.

    Unsorted is where every import lands, so it has nothing to reorder and does not need its own New Folder button. In #700 the Unsorted row loses the drag grip, that button and the hover highlight, which leaves room for sort options later. New Folder stays on the Stem Collections header. Folders you create yourself still keep their grip and buttons, so you can still reorder and nest them.

    This will be in the next release. Let me know how it feels once you have it.
