[Bug]: Feedback on the COLLAPSE section [Usability] #588

Before reporting

• I'm on the latest release and the issue still happens.
• I searched existing issues and didn't find a duplicate.

What happened?

Collapse section has options All Analysis Sections Timeline
Selecting Analysis toggles Analysis On/OFF. Same for Sections and Timeline.
Toggling ALL, I expect that it will Toggle Analysis Sections and Timeline, On and Off. But it toggles the Library too.

Steps to reproduce

Click on ALL in collapse section so that everything is Collapsed. So Analysis, Sections, Timeline and Library are all collapsed. Button 'ALL' is grey

1. Click on Analysis, yes it turns on
2. Click on Sections, it turns on
3. Click on Timeline, that runs on too.
   Now all 3 are turned on, and the 'ALL' button is nice bright white.

But Library didn't turn on. Or no way to turn on (from here at least)

I think, from usability perspective, include Library as a choice in the list. Preferably Don't Toggle Library. The library has its dedicated toggle anyway in the far left corner of the UI
