[Feature]: More clicks for CountIn option #587

What problem does this solve?
When I turn on the count in option, it has default of 4 clicks. By the time I use my mouse to hit play and pick my guitar pick to play along, the 4 clicks are gone by. Having customizable option to select number of clicks will help resolve this issue.
Proposed solution
Make CountIn Option like the TimeSignature button where a selection box pops up and has choices 4,5,6,7,8...etc. to select the desired Count In Clicks. This is what Moises has.

Good call! im planning to ship 0.17.1 with a few bug fixes in a few days so I will be checking if I can squeeze this one.
Set the count-in length, and accent a song in an odd meter (#594)
