[Bug]: StemDeck UI Scaling in Windows #586

Before reporting
- I'm on the latest release and the issue still happens.
- I searched existing issues and didn't find a duplicate.
What happened?
I have a writeup in the Dicussion Ideas Section Titled StemDeck UI Scaling in Windows#585
Initially I submitted as idea for feature but as I think more it could be viewed as usability issue just as well.
Steps to reproduce
Change Windows Display Scaling in Windows Setting for Display to anything above 150% and the issue described in #585 will be seen.
