The comment says the INFO level exists so “chroma:” and “key candidates:” diagnostics show — but both are logger.debug, so they never emit. The key-detection tuning work is flying blind.
Gate a DEBUG level on STEMDECK_DEBUG=1 (or promote those two lines to INFO — they’re one line per job).
