0.1.6 keeps a burst of concurrent calls from reaching a peer before it has finished upgrading a fresh connection. Past yamux's maxEarlyStreams (10) the remote aborted the whole connection and every call failed with StreamResetError: the cause of statewalker-sandbox's flaky "D8: 20 concurrent requests" test (0/100 failures with the fix, ~1/20 before).
