Pro pages fell back to Chinese or English because their locale resources covered only four of upstream's six languages. Data Management was also missing 139 entries in English, Traditional Chinese, and Russian, while the public usage page hardcoded Chinese.

This completes Pro resources for en, ru, zh-CN, zh-TW, vi, and ko, including API key policies, quota extensions, navigation, and accessible labels. The public usage page now offers the upstream language selector and localizes its errors, title, statistics, dates, and numbers. Data Management formats dates and counts using the selected language. Resource ownership, interpolation, upstream language inventory, and literal translation calls have regression coverage.

English Data Management translations incorporate the contribution from #57, with co-author credit preserved.

Validation against Management v1.26.5 (fe2963330f32a933f562282165f62ae52cf57145):

• scripts/validation/management.sh: clean application, patch surface, idempotence, frozen install, 2031 tests, lint, type-check, and production build passed.
• scripts/validation/repo.sh: 122 management customization tests, 62 validation tests, and 2 build tests passed. Shellcheck and actionlint were unavailable locally.
• Production-build browser checks with a disposable HTTP backend: all six public query flows, invalid-key errors, language persistence, and all 30 Data Management tab views passed through normal UI entry points. No real backend data mutations were performed.
• Vietnamese and Korean translations are machine-assisted, with placeholders, technical names, navigation, destructive-action wording, and observed terminology reviewed. A full native-speaker copy review has not been performed.
