Santosh Savel

I put AI to work in real life, build in public, and write down what breaks.

What I'm building

  • Portable Second Brain: a file-based second brain for shared rules, project context, and memory across AI tools like Claude Code and Codex. Experimental, MIT licensed.
  • Neura: the RAG chat agent on mindovermoney.ai. Cloudflare Workers, Vectorize, Workers AI embeddings, and Claude Haiku 4.5, answering reader questions from the newsletter archive with linked sources.

Where I share it

How I build

  • Receipts before claims. A feature works when a test or eval says so.
  • Prompts and skills are production code, so I version, review, and test them.
  • Local-first and low cost by default.
