OK, so I think we fixed a lot of stuff and we should publish a v0.2 release. Here's an updated checklist of things we should do:

• More quiet output by default #131
• Fix --version output #127
• Publish a CHANGELOG
• Update the screenshot in the README (ref panel syntax highlighting works now)
• Update README wording to mention that # typed: false files are indexed on a best-effort basis
• Do some manual testing for crashes
