[Feature Request] Add a "Show Current Branch Only" Option to History View #2836

I usually only want to see the commit history of the branch I'm currently working on, similar to how Visual Studio displays it.

SourceGit already has a "Current Branch Only" option in the history view settings, but it only highlights the current branch. All the other branches are still there, just grayed out. In projects with lots of branches, the graph still looks pretty messy.

I'd like to see an option in that same menu to actually show only the current branch's history, not just highlight it. When I switch branches, the view should automatically follow the new branch. It would also be nice if this setting could be remembered, or even set as the default.

If adding a new history mode isn't something you want to do, could you at least improve the existing filtering? Something like "Show Only This Branch", which automatically clears the other branch filters, would already make things much easier.

I know the eye icons in the sidebar can filter branches, but they're not very convenient for this. For example, if I filter branch A and then switch to branch B and enable its filter, both branches remain in the graph. I have to manually turn off the filter for A every time.

I think this should be up to the user. I understand that some developers prefer seeing the full Git graph, especially when merging or rebasing. But many of us just want to check the commits on the branch we're working on. There's no reason both workflows can't be supported.

I'm not asking to remove the full graph or the existing filters. I just want a simpler way to focus on my current branch without having to manually adjust things every time.

I noticed similar requests in #855 and #1687, so I don't think I'm the only one looking for this.
