I Cannot Get The Demo Application to Compile in Android Studio

I build Android projects regularly with Android Studio and everything is setup correctly. For some reason your Demo Application is not compiling in my Android Studio. I get 'Error:SDK location not found. Define location with sdk.dir in the local.properties file or with an ANDROID_HOME environment variable.' even though the sdk.dir location is defined in local.properties file

That sounds really stränge. Whatsup SDK targets do you have in your SDK dir?
