Normalize files and folders names for Data #5

For each and every file and/or folder we will create a corresponding property in Data object that we will use afterwards in all our templates. For now we create those properties with the same names as file and/or folder. It means that if we have a file named bla-bla-bla.txt (with hyphens), our engine will blowup.
