Videos are laggy

Good job with the player. It actually plays video on my Firestick 4k without any green artefacts unlike exoplayer and FFmpeg.

But every video that it plays, lags. Unfortunately there are no errors in the log that I can share. Also video doesn't show loading indicator even after adding the placeholder. A

Any idea what could be it? Btw I'm just running the example code with different video url.

Do you have hardware decoding activated or not?

Yes, i have played with:
media.setHWDecoderEnabled(true, false);
--avcodec-hw=any
--avcodec-fast

android is mediacodec, not avcodec.

OKay. Well i'm not very familiar with players as you can tell. Btw vlc android plays the same content with no issues so i guess its possible, i just don't know how.

I have the same issues. andriod is ok, but iphone are laggy.

I have found not special log. I run with vs code debug mode to iphone. And In debug console panel ,there is no log.
