Design and Development: Complete Together Before Merging

Do not merge this as a changelog-only update. Design and Development must review and process these changes together. Update the matching icons and brand variants in the Figma icon library as part of this PR, before merging. Development must not merge independently or defer the Figma updates to a follow-up, otherwise Figma and the published CELUM icons will be out of sync.

• Design and Development have jointly reviewed all added, modified and removed icons in the current PR, including report.json and any unavailable downloads.
• Design has updated the matching Figma icons and affected brand variants, including handling removed icons and preserving component names.
• Design and Development have confirmed that Figma matches the CELUM changes in this PR. Recheck this checklist if the PR receives further icon updates before merging.

The ZIP contains the current SVGs for added/modified icons in this PR, grouped by library/theme/type, plus report.json. Removed icons and unavailable downloads are listed in the report. The download requires GitHub sign-in and expires after 14 days; rerun the workflow to refresh it. No ZIP or SVG files are committed.
