Wrong composer versioning (php) and php84 deprecations

Hi, you got wrong PHP requirements

"php": "^7 || ~8.0 || ~8.1 || ~8.2 || ~8.3 || ~8.4",

Accordning to composer documentation for Tilde operator:
~8.4 is equivalent to >=8.4 <9.0.0
~8.4.0 is equivalent to >=8.4.0 <8.5.0

Also while your composer support PHP 8.4 your code is not adapted to the new version, for example:

Smsapi\Client\Feature\Sms\Bag\ScheduleSmsBag::setIdx(): Implicitly marking parameter $checkIdx as nullable is deprecated, the explicit nullable type must be used instead

PHP requirements are OK. smsapi-php-client v3 is able to run with PHP >=7.0.0 <9.0.0.

I wrote PHP requirements this way to mark that library has been reviewed against PHP 8.4, tests have passed and all possible to mitigate notices have been fixed.

That messages you are highlighting are just deprecation notices. That notices, unfortunetly, cannot be fixed without breaking backward compability: #134 (comment).

Disagree, if you really wanted support for >=7.0.0 <9.0.0 then you should use what you wrote or use "php": "^7 || ^8.

Our use-case log every error, warning, notice and deprecation so we got time to adjust code to newer versions. None of main libraries keep their deprecated info as "done". I totally understand, that it's breaking change, but couldn't you simply keep major 3 as "php": "^7 || ~8.0.0 || ~8.1.0 || ~8.2.0 || ~8.3.0" and bump major version that will drop all deprecated code and will use "php": "~8.4.0"?

When do you plan next major version?
