Use a visual marker i.e. emojis to highlight tutorials. #92
Description
Currently when looking at the table of contents, the text "Tutorial" does not quickly convey the message to the user that those sections are a different kind of interaction with the docs. It would be useful for example to add a notebook emoji before the tutorial word or something similar.

Here we could use the binder logo/badge as a symbol

Would it not be weird for people who do not know binder? I think something more universally recognised would work better.
