Pairs with the pyrite PR that changes Session to (mcu, elf, board=""). Deletes _replx (the credentialed replx download, cache and renderer). Tests: 185 passed, 7 skipped.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

The Rust engine builds chips from its own compiled-in definitions
(simantic-dev/pyrite `engine::parts`), so `Session` and `run_scenario` now
take the `sim models` name and the overlay text instead of a rendered
platform. `_replx` (credentialed replx download, cache, template renderer)
had no other caller and is removed with its tests. Cortex-M vs RISC-V
register names come from the ELF's e_machine.

Needs a pyrite engine with the new `Session(mcu, elf, board=...)` signature.
