Follow-up to #48. The scripted-peer examples (examples/peers, examples/tests) now live in https://github.com/simantic-dev/examples. This removes them from pippy, keeps step_and_peek.py and parallel_sweep.py, trims examples/README.md, and repoints docs/writing-tests.md at the examples repo. Packaging unchanged; wheel still ships py.typed and the two examples. Tests: 188 passed, 7 skipped.
