Add integration coverage between standards and frame detection #2
The standards module and the vectorized frame detectors implement related flash thresholds separately, but there is no integration test that compares their results on the same decoded RGB inputs.
This leaves a regression gap: a future change can make the standards predicates and the actual detector disagree while their existing unit tests still pass independently.
Proposed change
Add focused integration coverage for the general-flash and red-flash paths. The tests should compare the scalar standards predicates with the corresponding vectorized detector masks on representative uint8 RGB frame pairs. Also update the full CI runtime installation so the pinned package revision remains installable on the current Ubuntu runner.
Acceptance criteria
General-flash vectorized directions match the standards predicate for representative inputs.
Red-flash vectorized directions match the standards predicate for representative inputs.
The full CI runtime setup installs available candidate versions of its apt packages and still verifies the required runtime identities.
The change does not broaden supported color profiles or engine claims.
