Redesign the dedicated library page experience #2

Description

@screen-gd

Context

Depends on #1. Col does not have dedicated library detail pages yet, so this issue defines the product and visual pass that follows the route and data work.

Scope

  • Establish a clear information hierarchy for identity, summary, screenshots/previews, capabilities, setup, and official resources.
  • Make the primary actions obvious: visit the official site, read the docs, view the repository, and copy the agent setup prompt.
  • Show relevant stacks, use cases, alternatives, and related libraries without turning the page into a dashboard.
  • Use Col's existing design language and shadcn-managed primitives.
  • Cover desktop and mobile, light and dark modes, keyboard use, reduced motion, loading states, and missing optional data.

Acceptance criteria

  • The page is easy to scan and the main actions are visible without hunting.
  • Real registry content is used in the final implementation; no permanent placeholder sections remain.
  • The layout is responsive and meets basic accessibility expectations.
  • The design can be reused across every library without per-library component forks.

No priority is implied by the issue number.
