What Changed
Hosted pairing success now joins two small endpoints once beside Backend paired. The confirmation and Open app action remain immediate; failed pairing keeps its existing retry flow.
Why
A 320 ms clasp explains that two endpoints have connected. Hydration, settled state, reduced motion, forced colors and hidden documents remain static. Manual same-origin pairing navigation is unchanged.
UI Changes
Cropped Electron component fixtures with synthetic state, using the actual proposed components. The before fixture reproduces the existing presentation; these clips do not establish backend or provider execution.
