The branded fork changed Electron internal app name, so macOS safeStorage selected a new Keychain service and could not decrypt the existing connection catalog.
This refreshes PR pingdotgg#8976 to the credential-compatible head and refreshes the natural-language search patch for upstream Nightly 1245. The full ordered stack replays cleanly on 1245.
Verified with the automation unit suite, focused desktop and search tests, formatter checks, and desktop, web, server, mobile, and scripts typechecks.
Implemented with GPT-5.6 Sol through the Codex harness.
