Updates the fork Nightly manifest to the tested PR pingdotgg#8976 head that adds Custom to the Update track selector and follows saphid/t3code releases.\n\nVerification: downstream Nightly tests pass, 10 tests.\n\nImplemented with GPT-5.6 Sol in the Codex harness.
