Updated the toolstate repository at https://rust-lang-nursery.github.io/rust-toolstate/ currently does not seem to work, see e.g. #82150. To "tool failed to build"-issues are being created, either.
@hyd-dev remarked that the error looks like some Python 2→3 issue.
