Request for source addition

I'm developing some stuff off and on that ends up landing in https://github.com/jwise/rust-packages. Can this be added to the default sources.list on rust-lang.org?

www.rust-lang.org/cargo/sources.json is the same file as in the repo under src/cargo/sources.json. Please update that, send a pull request and, in the pull request, ask for the version on rust-lang.org to be updated. I think only graydon can sign the one on the website.

We prefer to handle this via pull reqs against cargo-central. If we need to streamline that further than pull reqs, that's a different bug. Let us know if that's problematic.
