Rename the release.yaml workflow display name from 'Release' to 'main'

The overarching pipeline workflow shows as 'Release' in the Actions UI, which is confusing since only one of its jobs (burrito) actually cuts a release - most runs are just CI/PR-management. Rename the workflow's name: field to 'main'.
