Rowan asked for the extension to live in its own repo. It moved there unchanged (rowkavdev/nowplaying-youtube#1). The bridge, pairing token and settings API stay here.

Part of #136. Per Rowan, the browser extension lives in its own repo: https://github.com/rowkavdev/nowplaying-youtube (moved unchanged in rowkavdev/nowplaying-youtube#1, CI green there). This removes
extension/youtubeand its test here. The bridge, pairing token and settings API stay in this repo; the bridge notes that the extension repo mirrors its key list.
