Adds settings.youtubePairing() and resetYouTubePairing(), served as POST /api/settings/youtube/pairing and /pairing/reset (POST so the session check applies). Reset stores a new token, and the bridge rejects the old one straight away and drops its tabs.

Part of #136. Backend for the pairing-code page (the page itself goes to the web UI lane).
POST /api/settings/youtube/pairing→{ token }POST /api/settings/youtube/pairing/reset→{ token }(new token saved to the credential store; the bridge rejects the old token at once and drops its tabs)Both are POST so the server session check applies: only the app's own settings page can read the token. 404 when the bridge is off (safe mode). Tests: 753 pass.
