Fix image links

• There are multiple image types, none of which appear in the final output
• Some of these images are forms that are intended to be printed and filled.

The current process produces a large number of .x-emf image files.

I'm not sure exactly what these are, but they appear to be previews of pdfs or to be intended as pdf downloads.

Root and Rebound assigned a volunteer who went through and updated links for most of the images in a google sheet. Once the last few images are found, we can try running a script that uses the spreadsheet as an input.
