Closes #63.
Move Work profile out of the homepage content and into a compact sidebar row above Settings. The active profile stays visible, while switching and Add profile live in a non-modal popover that opens upward when space permits and stays within the viewport.
Preserve the existing creation flow and run/unsubscribe safeguards. Share dismissal behavior with the run-progress popover, support keyboard navigation and focus return, and handle long names and scrollable profile lists. Update design guidance and add browser coverage for layout, dismissal, creation, responsive sizing, and persistence recovery.
