Adds a Skillbook entry and a matching Promptbook entry for running Spring Boot services on Java virtual threads.
java-virtual-threads-spring-guardrailscovers picking the JDK (synchronized pinning on 21 to 23 vs. JDK 24+ after JEP 491), which executorsspring.threads.virtual.enabledactually moves, replacing the old thread cap with explicit pool sizes, acquire timeouts and per-downstream limits, never pooling virtual threads, ThreadLocal and context propagation, keeping CPU-bound work on platform threads, bounded fan-out, JFR pinning checks, and an off-versus-on load test.enable-spring-virtual-threads-safelywalks through inventory, an enable-or-not decision, ranked findings, a minimal diff, tests for context propagation and pool-acquire timeouts, and a load-test plan. Both are tagged for GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex with placement notes for each. Catalogs go to 37 skills and 37 prompts.
