Sync the reviewed Workflows submission-recovery guidance into the Cursor plugin. It explains saved caller identity and input binding, the original Workflow version, the 24-hour recovery boundary, deliberate new attempts, and why provider-side duplicate-effect guards remain necessary. The Python and TypeScript SDK 1.2 helpers pass the key in the actual client option, and the quick reference links to the complete recovery rules.
Validation: all three edited files match the reviewed canonical skill byte for byte; local reference links, git diff checks and node scripts/validate-template.mjs pass. The exact canonical snippets passed Python SDK wire verification, TypeScript strict typechecking and SDK wire verification with a lost reply. Canonical shared-content tests and synchronization checks passed. No live Render calls, model evaluations or plugin marketplace release were performed.
