Summary
Return the project-filter callback to the scoped SSH service chooser using the current SSH command dependency. Preserve the existing instance-selection and noninteractive SSH paths.
Motivation
The callback currently opens connection preparation before any service has been chosen, losing the service chooser and starting an empty-name lookup.
How to verify
