Summary

Format absolute TimeOrRelative values with RFC3339Nano so form serialization preserves fractional seconds. Relative values and whole-second timestamps retain their spelling.

Motivation

Reapplying an unchanged log filter currently rounds its accepted time bounds down to whole seconds, changing the result window.

How to verify

go test ./cmd/... ./pkg/... ./internal/...
  • All 57 development packages pass on the candidate.
  • Tests cover timestamp parsing/formatting, form round trips with unrelated edits, and the real log-view Enter callback. Whole-second and relative-time controls remain covered.
  • New-code lint is clean against c31e586e; full lint on unmodified main reports 92 pre-existing findings with the pinned golangci-lint v2.14.0.

Release notes

Applying a log filter preserves fractional seconds in absolute timestamp bounds.
