ePSXe, a quite popular PlayStation emulator at XP era.
Regarding the windows xp support, official release note says
I tested and found that v2.0.2-1 runs rather well on ReactOS, including in game (Dino Crisis) and all UI interfaces. Performance is very pleasant ~60 fps.
Tested on a recent ReactOS dev and ReactOS 0.15 release.
Icon is extracted from the exe file (update: with IcoFx).
