Requiring unknown module "ReactPropTypesSecret"

While trying to upgrade from 0.28.0 to newer version I got this error:
Requiring unknow module "react/lib/ReactPropTypesSecret". If you are sure the module is there, try restarting the packager or running "npm install"
I am not sure if I made a mistake while trying to upgrade or this is a bug, as I have never seen this error before. Now I can't even make a new project, new or older version without getting this error.

Try updating the "react" dependency to 15.3.0
