HTML webpack plugin error

After creating react app and when I am typing "npm start" inside the application and web browser is is opening with an error "HTML Webpack plugin".

I get the same error after creating a new react project, downgrading react-scripts to 4.0.3 from 5.0.0 solved it for me.
