Changelog for v5 is missing

2 days ago, a new major version for CRA was released: 5.0.0.

The CRA docs has a section Updating to New Releases. The page links to a changelog .md document, but there is no entry for the new version 5.

I noticed a few errors while building after upgrading to 5.x, and would like to know what breaking changes we need to account for.
