Scanning for tests outside src folder

When I run npm test, jest runs tests on cypress/integration. I've tried to configure through a key in package.json, a jest.config.json and jest.config.js, passing as --config argument. Tried npm test -- --config=jest.config.js too, but it seems to ignore all that.

This is an old (core) design decision, tests files outside of src folder are not supported with react-scripts (see https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app/blob/7e4949a20fc828577fb7626a3262832422f3ae3b/CHANGELOG-1.x.md#ensure-application-and-test-files-reside-in-src). That said, you can easily call jest directly with the config file of your choice (eg. jest -c jest.config.js) but you'll need to configure the src targets too by hand (and ensure setupTests.js and so on are called, if you are using the same command to run tests located inside src and so on.

Sorry for my misunderstanding. I really don't want to run tests outside src, but it keep doing it.

Updated to version 2 and it fixed the problem.
